When booking a service with Blue Mountains Pristine Cleaning Services you agree to the below terms and conditions of service, if you have any questions in regard to our terms and conditions, please contact us prior to booking a service.

It is a condition of service that all clients agree to our terms and conditions. When booking a service, you agree and accept the policies and terms and conditions set out below.

  1. Once services have commenced, the amount becomes due and payable immediately once services are completed and on an ongoing basis thereafter. If payment is not received before the next service is set to commence, services will be paused until services rendered have been settled. If payment is not received within 48hrs, a late fee may be applicable.

  2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a 50% cancellation fee. 

  3. We issue electronic invoices at the completion of your service delivered via email or text. These can be paid via bank transfer or in cash directly to your cleaner on the day. Full payment is due on the day of your service, once it has been completed.

  4. If for any reason our staff feel threatened, uncomfortable or unable to proceed, the service will be terminated immediately to then be reviewed for further services with Blue Mountains Pristine Cleaning services in the future.

  5. Our quotes and durations of service are an estimate and are subject to change. We will always inform you before starting the service if on the day we expect to be at your home longer than the estimated time or if there are any changes in the cost.

  6. The level of results achieved during the service are based on the current condition to the property.
